Dealer Inspire, an automotive website platform and technologies provider located in Illinois, works with automotive dealerships to offer services that support building a stronger digital presence through applications like Online Shopper, which allows car buyers to purchase a car online from start to finish. In the automotive space, Dealer Inspire is a very small company for the scale of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) clients they work with daily, supporting 14 unique OEM programs and having earned the highest recognition for website companies in the world three years in a row (AWA, 2014-2017).

THE CHALLENGE: SCALING OPERATIONS

“Our growth had become so large, so fast, that we needed to buckle down to really commit to using Pardot and Salesforce to their full capacity,” said Joe Chura, CEO. “Regionalizing the company was on the cusp of happening, and we knew that in order to take that step, we needed more data from Salesforce. In the interest of collecting that data quickly, we made the decision to bring Canpango on board.”

THE PROCESS: CONFIGURING MULTIPLE SOLUTIONS

Once Dealer Inspire was up and running on Pardot, Canpango shifted focus to configuring Sales Cloud for the organization. Canpango quickly recognized the need to facilitate an on-call support workflow between its consultants and Dealer Inspire. As the project evolved, Canpango moved Dealer Inspire to a service desk communication solution, which allowed employees to submit help tickets and ultimately granted Dealer Inspire more efficient access to Canpango resources. This ticket system also permitted Canpango consultants to hone in on prioritization on a project-by-project basis.
